Nejin Chacko has been practicing for 25 years and is a therapist with excellent experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and in sports medicine.

He received his bachelor degree in physiotherapy in 1998 and has completed extensive continuing education in orthopedics, manual therapy, exercise, and acupuncture.

He has completed his Masters in Advanced Orthopaedic Manipulative Physiotherapy from McMaster University, Hamilton in 2017. He also holds a Masters in Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise (2003) from the University of Glasgow and University of Strathclyde, UK. 

Nejin has extensive experience in private practice treating various musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, chronic pain,
workplace injuries, and motor vehicle accident injuries. He also has excellent training and experience in concussion
management.

He has experience working with sports organizations providing consultation and on-field coverage for various
local and international sports competitions. He uses a variety of treatment approaches including joint mobilization, joint
manipulation, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, neural mobilization, acupuncture, individualized exercises, and
patient education.

Nejin believes that a successful treatment must result in the achievement of an optimal function that is
meaningful to the patient. He values patient education, ensures a patient-centered care and an interactive clinical decision
making.

He is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) and a member of Canadian Physiotherapy Association and an Orthopaedic Division member.
