How long is a typical appointment?
The duration of appointments varies based on the service. For most sport injury appointments, 30 minute slots are booked with your therapist, but treatment may run over depending on the plan that day.

Does OHIP cover any services?
No. Employer Sponsored, or Private Health Insurance Benefits cover paremedical services and can be directly billed depending on insurance provider.
Are you open evenings and weekends?
We are open 8am- 8pm Monday through Thursday and from 8am until 3pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Each practitioner has individual hours, which can be found on their biography pages.
