Running Clinic @ the Creek With Dr. Livia Chiarelli
Whether you’re new to running or a seasoned vet, this series of informative and interactive classes will help you reach your goals and keep motivated. With topics such as injury prevention, core strengthening for runners, and nutrition and supplementation you will learn tips and tricks to help move you to the next level. Each session will involve an information session, an interactive component and a short run so members can get to know each other an potentially meet their next training partner.
