- Graduated with honours from the University of Western Ontario’s Bachelor of Science (Kinesiology) program
- Graduated with high honours from Sheridan College’s Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences (Athletic Therapy) program
- Graduated from the University of Florida with Master’s Degree in Athletic Training and Sports Medicine

After graduating from UWO, Kristin went on to study Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College. While at Sheridan, Kristin excelled in her coursework, which included musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation, anatomy, and therapeutic exercise, as well at her placements. During her 3 years at the school, she completed several clinical placements, a summer internship working as the head athletic therapist with Oakville Royal Under-16 baseball team, and a summer working at Olympia Sports Camp in Huntsville. She also spent season working with the University of Guelph Men’s Hockey team and two seasons with the Women’s Rugby team; accompanying women’s rugby to two CIS championships in Victoria, B.C. and London, ON.
Following certification, Kristin decided to pursue her Master’s degree at the University of Florida. At UF, Kristin was an Athletic Training Graduate Assistant for the Department of Recreational Sports, where she was responsible for on-field emergency care for the intramural sports program as well as with club sports. She also held positions as a teaching assistant for a strength and conditioning course and a rehabilitation techniques course.
Since completion of her Master’s, Kristin has continued to take courses such as Rehabilitation of the Mid-Cervical Spine and Building the Ultimate Back to improve and further develop her skills as a therapist. As well as providing Athletic Therapy services, Kristin also teaches a variety of fitness classes and is available for Personal Training.
