As we quickly approach the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London, England and in preparation for the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia, Apple Creek Sports Medicine wants you to know that we are committed to the success of all Carded Athletes. We are proud to announce that Apple Creek Sports Medicine Center is a recognized service provider for the Canadian Sport Centre.

Effective immediately, we will be doing our part in supporting you by waiving the additional fees usually associated with treatment of your athletic injuries. This means that all treatments approved at your carding level will be covered by the Canadian Sport Centre with no cost to you.
