Improved strength, flexibility, stability, and balance will help you improve your game much more than new clubs and toys and, it will reduce your vulnerability to injury. Golf is very hard on your spine, hips, knees and shoulders. Its repetitive explosive rotational movement creates muscle imbalances. You must condition your body for golf’s demands or you will suffer.
Train this winter for next year’s golf season.
Intro to Core Strength on the Exercise Ball
This class is designed to introduce individuals to the exercise ball. It will help to increase core strength, improve balance, help prevent back pain and injury, improve flexibility and range of motion of the spine, and improve coordination and posture. *You keep the ball at the end of the course.

Integrated Yoga Therapy is based on the 5000 year old traditional healing system of India. It is a holistic approach that empowers women and men to new levels of health – physically, spiritually, mentally and emotionally. It goes well beyond the physical postures and breathing exercises and enters into the full realm of traditional healing which includes meditation, visualization and paradigm shifting which in turn facilitate stress management techniques.
Integrated Yoga Therapy introduces wisdom about anatomy, the body’s inate intelligence and energetic systems that is not taught in a regular yoga class.
The postures can improve strength, enhance sleep quality, reduce fatigue, address hot flashes and improve the overall quality of life. Yoga compresses all organs, glands, tissues and systems bringing more bloood flow and releasing toxins from the body. Yoga can also build muscle and help support healthy bone density.
Integrated Yoga Therapy also addresses depression because it builds self esteem through paradigm shifting. These shifts in beliefs allow women and men to learn how to receive as well as give and how to relax and nurture themselves. Integrated Yoga Therapy is all about EMPOWERMENT.
